Here are pictures of my horse, a Registered Morgan Mare. About 12 years old. Chestnut color with blonde hair. White markings on face and feet. Needs work, haven't been riding her lately. Trained western, good trail horse. To a good home. I will miss her. I no longer have time, space, or money to take care of her properly. Good health. Recently had hooves trimmed. Dapple spots on rear and back. Her full name as registered is Silver Sage Consuela but I call her Sage. I've had her for about 7 years. She is a bit barn sour, I haven't been riding her. I'm sure she will be a brat at first. I would recommend an intermediate to experienced rider for her. I ride her western but her previous owner may have ridden her english. She doesn't mind her feet being picked up and loves being bathed. When I first got her I was boarding her at a ranch. I am not a very experienced rider but have grown up around horses so I signed up for riding lessons. Unfortunately I didn't ride her much there. I spent time grooming and walking her but my trainer never trained me on my own horse eventually I got frustrated and took her home to live with my mom's old horse and our donkey. The other horse passed away a few years back and the donkey is an old man now. Her previous owner was very afraid of her and all horses so I don't believe that she had a good human connection there. Right now she's living in a small pen with the donkey while we fix the fences of their pasture. I really want to find someone who will spend a lot of time with her and get her into shape. I would love to keep her but I have moved away and work full time. If left out to pasture, she will eat a lot. I bought her overweight. I want to find her a good, loving home with lots of space for her. We have already found a home for her donkey friend nearby so he won't be lonely. I will give the buyer her official Morgan registration papers that list her ancestry, date/place of birth.
