Princeton Welding, Inc, was founded by U.S. Navy Veteran Bob Resch in 1981. Michelle (Resch) Velarde and brother Bobby Resch now operate Princeton Welding, Inc. alongside their dad.

Princeton Welding, Inc. takes on various types and sizes of jobs ranging from structural steel to more artistic ornamental projects. Throughout the years, PW has won national awards from NOMMA (National Ornamental & Miscellaneous Metals Association).
